1. Non-Returnable Items:

• All sales of precious metal items, including but not limited to gold, silver, platinum, and palladium products, are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for these items under any circumstances.

2. Returnable Items:

• Supplies and accessories, such as coin holders, albums, and other non-precious metal items, can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

3. Return Process:

• Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our Customer Service Department at [email protected] or call us at 404.815.8895 within 14 days from the date of purchase to obtain a return authorization number.
• Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the original receipt and ensure the return authorization number is clearly marked on the package. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

4. Inspection and Refund:

• Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the item, including any applicable shipping costs.

6. Market Loss Policy:

• In the event of fluctuating market prices, Alex Lexington reserves the right to charge a market-related loss on returns of precious metals products. Any market gains on returns remain the property of Alex Lexington at our discretion.

8. Additional Fees:

• Alex Lexington reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $50 or 10% of the total order price, whichever is greater, on all returned orders.
• A $50 processing fee may be applied to exchanges.
