Overview
Clients may return purchases within 7 days from the date they receive their items. Returns are subject to market value adjustments based on the prevailing rates at the time of the transaction and return.
Returns Process
- Notification: Contact our Customer Service team at info@alexlexington.com or call us at 404.815.8893 within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Authorization: Our Returns Department will review your request and, if approved, will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Shipping: Clients are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure that items are securely packaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Inspection and Adjustment: Upon receipt, items will be inspected and any market loss will be calculated based on current market values. The refund amount may be adjusted to reflect any market loss. Any market gains on the returned items will remain the property of Alex Lexington.
- Refund or Exchange: Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and verified. Refunds may be issued via original payment method or as Alex Lexington store credit, at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been modified or altered after purchase
- Products not returned in their original condition or packaging
Special Considerations
For defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately for a resolution. We will cover all associated shipping costs for such returns.
Additional Fees
Alex Lexington reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $50 or 10% of the total order price, whichever is greater, on all returned orders. A $50 processing fee may be applied to exchanges.
Pricing or Typographical Errors
We endeavor to provide accurate pricing and product information. However, errors may occur. Alex Lexington reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders involving incorrect pricing or information at any time.
