OUR PROCESS

Step 1. Get a quote

Step 2. If you are shipping your metal

Once a trade is initiated, you will receive our mailing instructions. Mail your package via USPS Registered Mail to our facility. Please utilize shipping insurance and tracking, as Alex Lexington is not responsible for incoming shipments.

Self delivery is acceptable at our Chamblee, GA location just north of Atlanta but same day processing is not guaranteed.

Step 3. Receive Payment

Once we have received and authenticated your metal, we will complete the trade and approve payment. After the approval payment is issued by ACH (free), Bitcoin (mining fee), Check ($5 fee), or Wire ($25 fee) within 1-3 business days.

Our buyback prices are close to the spot market value, assuming the bullion products are in good condition. Payments can be made by ACH, Bitcoin, Check, or Wire Bank.

Please note that all buyback prices will be confirmed over the phone or over the counter and will be finalized once we receive and test the items. Any indication prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations. If you are mailing your metal to us we recommend using USPS.
