- For precious metals purchases, you can secure your order with a 10% deposit via text payment (Podium) 3.5% Processing on the deposit and 0.35% of the total overall order. Refer to the cost table below. You’ll then have 72 hours to complete the bank wire for the remaining balance. If the wire isn’t received within 72 hours, the price lock and order are canceled. Your deposit is refunded minus sell rate referenced in Buy-Back Policy

What is the cost with a 10% deposit lock?
The card fee applies only to the 10% deposit. The remaining balance is paid by bank wire.

It depends on where you are and how fast payment take to clear. If bank wire is sent and received the same day. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. All orders are usually 2 day FedEx or UPS. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
No. For security and insurance, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, freight forwarders, or mail-drop locations. For credit-card orders, we only ship to the card’s billing address on file. For bank-wire orders, we ship to a verified residential or business address after KYC review.
Address changes are not allowed on credit-card orders. For bank-wire orders, requests may be considered before funds clear and require re-verification. Once verified/paid, the shipping address is locked.

The live spot price reflects global trading (OTC/LBMA and COMEX futures). It moves with USD strength, interest rates, inflation expectations, central-bank policy, and major news.
LBMA Good Delivery refiners meet strict standards for purity, weight, and hallmarking, making bars easier to verify and liquidate worldwide—often with tighter spreads.
- Coins: Legal tender; highest recognition and liquidity.
- Bars: Often the lowest cost per ounce, especially at larger sizes.
- Rounds: Private-mint, coin-like pieces without face value; typically priced between coins and bars.
1 oz coins/bars are widely recognized and easy to trade. Larger bars lower the per-ounce cost but are less flexible if you want to sell partial amounts. Sizes below 1 oz called fractional gold generally run higher premiums.
We source from sovereign mints and LBMA-accredited refiners via authorized distributors, that verify using XRF spectrometry, ultrasound/conductivity, weight/dimension checks, and serial-number audits. If ever in doubt a complimentary in store service is to clients is to provide spectrometer testing at in-person pickup. For non-customers assay services are available starting at $25 per test.

Most orders are a flat $25 per order (fully insured & processing). Rush orders and specific situations are priced at variable rates. Tracking is provided.
- In store we accept cash up to $9,500, credit card in-store is $30,000 with fees and proper government ID, the preferred payment method is bank wire which has no limit.
- Online Bank wire or credit card up to $5,000. For larger orders, bank wire is preferred.

- With our DIY Custom System Typical timing is 15 Days from design approval.
- Usual custom jewelry work through Private Consultation takes involves a more personal experience with Danielle our Master Designer. That process is more intimate goes through various steps where and her go back and forth. Depending on complexity and stone sourcing, etc. that process can be anywhere from 3 weeks - 8 weeks. Budget doesn't make the process necessarily longer but the attention to detail and her availability.

Yes provide certified diamonds to uphold the integrity of the Alex Lexington Diamonds brand. We prioritize GIA-graded stones. Melee or smaller diamonds typically do not come with certificates. But a appraisal will authenticate all stones in a jewelry piece. All diamonds are responsibly sourced and conflict-free.
We’ll help you size correctly and include a complimentary first resize on most designs.
We provide detailed documentation and can refer you to independent appraisers. We recommend insuring fine jewelry.
All of our orders shipped are fully insured and the rate is calculated by the value and destination. Minimum rate is $45 and can exceed $180+. Insured amounts can exceed $100,000+ .We will ship using 2 day FedEx or UPS in a discreetly labeled package. Tracking is provided.
